Lemon & Honey Garlic Parmesan Wings

  • 1 Baking Rack
  • 1 Baking Pan
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Sharp Knife

Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 12 Whole Chicken Wings

Condiments

  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Dairy

  • 2 Sticks of Softened Butter

Fruit/Produce

  • 1 Juice of Fresh Squeezed Lemon

Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning no salt
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Prep Wings

  • Rinse Chicken Wings really good under cold water.
  • Pat completely dry using paper towels. This step is important as it allows Wings to crisp up during baking process.
  • Cut Wings into sections, you may toss out the Wing tips or if you enjoy nibbling on them, leave them be.
  • Place Wings into Mixing Bowl, add the Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Powder, and a couple of generous pinches of Salt & Black Pepper.
  • Using your hands, toss the Wings around being sure to get the seasonings all over Wings. Let them sit in bowl for 10 minutes.

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Place Baking Rack on top of foil lined Baking Sheet. This will allow Wings to crisp up at the bottom as well during baking process.
  • Place seasoned Wings on Baking Rack being sure not to overcrowd them. You want the heat to circulate around them to allow them to cook evenly.
  • Bake Wings for 35-40 minutes.

Lemon & Honey Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • Place Softened Butter, Lemon Juice, Honey, Minced Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, pinch of Salt & Pepper in Mixing Bowl.
  • Using a Whisk, mix all ingredients together.

Dressing Wings

  • When Wings are done baking, remove them from oven and using Tongs, place them directly into Bowl with Lemon & Honey Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Give them a good toss and line them back onto Baking Rack again.
  • Bake for additional 5-10 minutes to allow sauce to Bake into the Wings.
  • Plate the Wings on a Serving Dish. Top off with a drizzle of the remaining Sauce and Grated Parmesan. Serve with a side of Loaded Potato Skins and your favorite dipping sauce!
