To End The Year on the Baking Side of Things. It was a journey creating all sorts of baked goods for friends, family and all my social events. Cookies, cakes, pies and every other thing that just came to mind. I won some and I lost some but I live for the adventures of creating sweet treats on the Baking Side of Things.
I’m sure I speak for all the home bakers who dive into the world of baking. It’s a lot of work and a lot of learning. So many different recipes to try and not one of them is a fit made for all. What works for one may not work for another but does that make it right or wrong? Absolutely not. It is trial and error and a lot of patience. Nothing more than what you choose to put in it. Much respect to Bakers all of the world who do this for a living. Those cook books that hit the market are gold and deserving and not to mention of all the time put into them.
I have a lot of respect for Cinnamon and Spice & all things nice, Sugar and Flour & Brainpower and everything I learned from Chocolate, Vanilla and every other baking ingredient to hit the market. All have a purpose in the kitchen and once you master the basics, it’s all uphill from there. The ideas are unlimited and while I am only a Cottage Baker by night, there is nothing equally important between a lot of time, effort & energy put into baking that works your brain 24/7 making it a full time job on the side.
Thank you all who tuned in and gave me an opportunity to provide you Sweet Treats from my home to yours. To End The Year on the Baking Side of Things! Here’s to an awesome 2024 year and adventures will continue on to 2025! Cheers!!
