Sometimes you just want something lighter than your normal Chicken, Pork or Beef. Spicy Honey Garlic Salmon provides an alternative Seafood dish with a nice sweet and spicy kick that pairs well with any of your favorite sides. Love me some Salmon and all the endless possibilities in creating a great tasting recipe any day of the week.

Salmon is a mild flavored tasting fish that takes on a meatier texture with a rich buttery taste when prepared. It is considered an oily fish due to all the good saturated fats that it provides. For an added benefit, it is quite healthy in Omega-3 fatty acids. While I would love to give you all the benefits of Salmon and what it does for you. Let’s get back on track of talking about my Spicy Honey Garlic Salmon recipe.

I’ve prepared Salmon in so many different recipes but a Sweet & Spicy version is always my favorite. You don’t have to be a fish lover to enjoy this as the sauce created tends to hide any fishy flavor that can sometimes come with eating seafood. The flavors of Garlic, Honey, Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar just melds together giving it a rich tasting profile providing you a sticky treat in every bite. I served this over a healthy Quinoa recipe, my favorite roasted Asparagus and I was in heaven for the rest of the night. Nothing better than to challenge you to try this recipe and see what all the hype is about. I promise you, if you try it once, you will try it again.
