  • 1/4 cup Honey

Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning No Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Adobo
  • 1 tbsp Dry Thyme
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper More or less to your taste

Oil

  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Salmon Preparation
  • Lay Salmon pieces on a flat baking pan.
  • Drizzle a generous portion of Olive Oil over fish.
  • Right in the pan, add the Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Powder, Thyme, Adobo, Black Pepper and half of the Soy Sauce & Brown Sugar. Using your hand, massage the ingredients into the Salmon being sure to coat both sides.

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to Broil.
  • Heat Pan or Skillet on Medium/High giving it a drizzle of Olive Oil.
  • Begin searing Salmon for 4 minutes on each side or until starts to firm up. Remove from pan and place on dish. Set aside.
  • Lower cooking temperature to medium.
  • In the same Pan or Skillet, add Garlic and begin to sauté until it becomes fragrant.
  • Add Lemon Juice, remaining Soy Sauce & Brown Sugar, Honey and Red Pepper Flakes. Stir to incorporate ingredients and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to allow it to thicken and infuse together.
  • Place cooked Salmon into the sauce. Spoon the sauce over Salmon to coat.
  • Place in oven and let sauce bake onto Salmon to give it a nice crust. Do not walk away from oven as this process will only take a couple of minutes. If you are not watching, it will burn.
  • Remove and let it sit until serving time.

Serving

  • Serve over Quinoa for a healthier option and a side of Roasted Asparagus for a great choice in a vegetable compliment. This can also be served along side any other favorite sides of your choice.
  • Enjoy!!!
