Salmon Preparation
Lay Salmon pieces on a flat baking pan.
Drizzle a generous portion of Olive Oil over fish.
Right in the pan, add the Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Powder, Thyme, Adobo, Black Pepper and half of the Soy Sauce & Brown Sugar. Using your hand, massage the ingredients into the Salmon being sure to coat both sides.
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to Broil.
Heat Pan or Skillet on Medium/High giving it a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Begin searing Salmon for 4 minutes on each side or until starts to firm up. Remove from pan and place on dish. Set aside.
Lower cooking temperature to medium.
In the same Pan or Skillet, add Garlic and begin to sauté until it becomes fragrant.
Add Lemon Juice, remaining Soy Sauce & Brown Sugar, Honey and Red Pepper Flakes. Stir to incorporate ingredients and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to allow it to thicken and infuse together.
Place cooked Salmon into the sauce. Spoon the sauce over Salmon to coat.
Place in oven and let sauce bake onto Salmon to give it a nice crust. Do not walk away from oven as this process will only take a couple of minutes. If you are not watching, it will burn.
Remove and let it sit until serving time.
