Using the filling you set aside earlier and any filling you may have left over, you will begin to create a Gravy to pour over top.
Add filling back into the same Skillet you prepared it in.
Heat Skillet on medium to begin process.
Add Heavy Cream, remaining 2 tablespoons of Butter and 1/2 of Beef Bullion Cube, a pinch of Salt & Pepper (if needed) and continue stirring in skillet being sure to scrape up any bits of flavor from using it earlier. This will give it additional flavor.
As it continues to simmer, it will reduce and thicken. Taste to be sure no additional seasoning is needed. If you want extra Gravy, add more Cream and adjust seasonings.
Once thickened, gently pour gravy over Churrasco/Flank Steak Roll ups and reserve some to the side to pour over top prior to serving.
Broil on high for about 4 minutes. Gently flip over and continue to broil another 3-4 minutes or to your desire doneness.
Remove and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve over your favorite mashed potatoes and pour additional Gravy right over top.
Suggestion: This pairs well with a glass of red wine as both compliment each other well on the pallet.
