Pork Chop Prep
Season both sides of Pork Chops with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Herb Seasoning, Cumin, Onion Powder & Rosemary and set aside for 20 minutes or so to infuse flavors into the meat. The longer it sits, the better the flavor.
Cooking Directions
Heat up Olive Oil and 2 tablespoons of Butter in a Skillet on medium/high until it begins to sizzle.
Add Pork Chops and let it cook for 3 - 5 minutes on one side until golden and browned. Turn over and cook additional side 3-5 minutes until browned as well. Cooking time will vary depending on the cut and thickness of your Pork Chops.
Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
A couple minutes prior to removing Pork Chops from Skillet, squeeze 1/2 of Lemon into the pan along with remaining Butter to add some brightness and lemony flavor to your Pork Chops. Be sure to coat both sides with the mixture.
Serve with your favorite side dish for a light but flavorful meal.
Suggestion:
Serve with a side of Roasted Vegetables, Sweet Potato or my favorite, fresh Green Beans tossed in Olive Oil, Garlic Herb seasoning & a pinch of Salt & Pepper!
Enjoy!
