Instructions
Prep Chicken
Place Chicken in Mixing Bowl.
Add Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Powder, Cumin, a couple generous pinches of Salt & Pepper and a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Using your hand, mix and massage ingredients into Chicken being sure the Chicken is coated well. Set aside and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. The longer you let it marinate, the better seasoned the Chicken will be. This can also be prepped the night before and placed in refrigerator overnight.
Cooking Instructions
Heat Skillet on medium/high adding a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Place Chicken Thighs skin side down and begin searing for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over and place 1-2 slices of Lemon on top of Chicken and continue searing Chicken for additional 5-7 minutes or until Chicken is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 175°F. The lemon juices will flow over Chicken giving it a light hint of lemony flavor. Cooking time will vary based on size of Chicken and thickness.
Serve Chicken Thighs garnished with Lemon along side your favorite sides and enjoy!
