Instructions
Prepare Sauce
Heat Skillet on medium/high adding a couple of drizzles of Olive Oil.
Gently add your San Marzano Tomatoes/Sauce, minced Garlic, Roasted Red Peppers into the Skillet and stir to incorporate all the ingredients.
Proceed to add Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Powder, Basil, Sugar and a couple of generous pinches of Salt & Pepper (to taste). Add Cayenne Pepper (Optional) for spice. Stir to incorporate ingredients.
Lower cooking temperature to medium and cover with lid. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, Prepare Raviolis
Prepare Raviolis according to package directions.
Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately after Raviolis are done.
Top off with fresh Parmesan Cheese and serve with a side salad and your favorite crusty bread to soak up the beautiful flavors on your plate.
Pairs well with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Zinfandel or Sangiovese.
