Heat deep Pan on Medium/High heat adding 1 pat of Butter and a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Add sliced Onion and begin sautéing 4-5 minutues until Onions soften and become translucent.
Add minced Garlic and continue sautéing for additional 1-2 minutes stirring consistently to not allow Garlic to burn.
You will then proceed to add your cleaned Shrimp into Pan, 1 tablespoon of Old Bay, sauté Shrimp with Onions and Garlic for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once they are pink and cooked through, remove and set aside on plate.
Add Heavy Cream, 3 tablespoons of Butter, remaining Garlic Herb Seasoning, a pinch of Salt & Pepper and Grated Parmesan Cheese directly into same pan. Lower cooking temperature to Medium and continue stirring Cream Mixture until Cheese Melts and begins to thicken. At this point, you will need to taste to determine how much more Old Bay Seasoning you will want to add. Once you have added the addtional seasonings, add the Fresh Spinach into mixture stirring consistently as it continues to thicken. The spinach will wilt into sauce pretty quick as it is stirred in.
Depending on how much sauce you have, you may remove 1 cup of sauce and set aside. Add your Shrimp and Pasta into sauce and carefully toss until all is coated.
Plate your Shrimp and Pasta on dish. Carefully place cooked Lobster Tail on top and pour reserved sauce over it. Garnish with fresh Chopped Parsley and enjoy.
