Rinse Oxtails and Beef Short Ribs thoroughly and dry as much of the water off as possible.
Place Oxtails in Crock Pot Container and add Garlic Herb Seasoning, Onion Power, Cumin, Salt & Black Pepper and Olive Oil.
Using your hand, rub all the ingredients into the meat being sure everything is coated with the seasonings.
Cover and let the meat sit in crockpot for 20-30 minutes to let the seasonings absorb into the meat.
Open and add Butter Beans and juice directly into the crockpot and stir.
Add 1/2 cup of water.
Add sliced Onions, Rosemary & Cornstarch and stir.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until Oxtails & Beef Short Ribs are fork tender and falling off the bones.
Cooking time will vary based on thickness of the meat. Midway through cooking time, stir and adjust seasonings as needed. If liquid hasn't thickened to a gravy consistency, mix 1 teaspoon of additional Cornstarch into a couple tablespoons of cold water then proceed to add into hot liquid and stir. Continue the slow cooking process.
This can be served with some good ole fashion Cornbread on the side or on top of some white rice for added goodness.
