Heat Skillet on Medium High.

Sear Pork Chops for 3-5 minutes on each side until Golden Brown and edges are crispy.
Remove and place directly into a baking dish and set aside.
Gravy
Melt 2 teaspoons of Butter into the same Skillet with the leftover grease from Pork Chops (adds additional flavor), add Sliced Mushrooms, Diced Onions and a pinch of Salt & Black Pepper.
Begin to sauté vegetables for 8-10 minutes or until they are tender and Onions are caramelized.
Add Heavy Cream directly into Skillet with Browning Sauce (Optional) Mushrooms & Onions being sure to stir consistently to avoid Cream burning.
At this point, you may taste to see if additional seasonings are needed.
Lower cooking temperature to Medium and continue stirring until Heavy Cream thickens and all the flavors come together creating a delicious Gravy.
Using a ladle, pour Gravy over Pork Chops in baking dish. Reserve some Gravy to top off once they are finished.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until fork tender.
Serve over Mashed Potatoes and a side of your favorite vegetables being sure to ladle the delicious Gravy right over the top.
