Spicy Garlic & Lemon Pepper Wings
Air fried crispy wings slathered in a mildly spiced Garlic & Lemon Pepper sauce.

- 2 lbs Chicken Wings Cleaned and separated into sections. Use a paper towel and pat Wings until they are dry.
Pantry
- 1 cup Hot Sauce Your preference.
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning No Salt
- 2 tbsp Adobo
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
Other
- Avocado Oil Nonstick Spray May substitute for your preferred Nonstick Spray
Chicken Wing Preparation
Place Wings in a bowl. Lightly drizzle with Olive Oil and toss wings.
In a separate bowl, add Seasonings & Cornstarch and mix to incorporate.
Add Seasoning mixture into bowl with Chicken Wings and toss until completely coated. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
Air Fryer
Preheat Air Fryer to 425℉.
Spray pan/basket with Avocado Nonstick Spray. Place Wings on Air Fryer pan/basket in one layer being sure not to overcrowd. Lightly spray Wings with Nonstick Spray.
Air Fry Wings for 15 minutes then flip over. Spray opposite side with Nonstick Spray and continue Air Frying for additional 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Internal temperature should be 165℉. Cooking time will vary on size of wings and how crispy you like them. Continue process until all are Air Fried and done.
Sauce Wings
When the Wings are all Air Fried, place them in bowl. Pour sauce over Wings and toss until thoroughly coated.
Serve with your favorite dip, sides and enjoy!
