Flatbread Preparation
Preheat Oven to 375°F
Lay FlatBread on cutting board.
Drizzle Olive Oil all over Flatbread and using a basting brush, spread Olive Oil around.
Add 1 tablespoon each of Minced Garlic and softened Butter onto each Flatbread and continue spreading Garlic over Olive Oil.
Season each Flatbread generously with Chili Pepper Sea Salt Blend and Garlic Herb Seasoning.
Spread Mushrooms, Artichokes, Red Onion and Banana Peppers over Flatbread.
Place in oven to start to baking process for 5-7 minutes. May use a pan or place directly on oven rack for crispier crust.
Meanwhile
Heat Pan on medium/high.
Drizzle Pan with Olive Oil.
Add Speck Ham and give it a quick sear for 2-3 minutes stirring consistently and remove.
Place sliced Tomatoes directly into the same Pan and season with Garlic Herb Seasoning. May sprinkle some Chile Pepper Blend seasoning for additional spice. Sear for 2-3 minutes on both sides or until softened but not mushy.
Flatbread
Remove Flatbread from oven.
Place Tomatoes and Speck Ham over vegetables on Flatbread.
Spread out Marinated Mozzarella over the top. At this point, you may drizzle the leftover marinade from package or additional drizzle of Olive Oil over Flatbread.
Place Flatbread back in oven to bake for additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove and top off with Basil slivers.
Suggestion: For a crispier crust and the last couple of minutes, I cranked the oven up to broil. Do not walk away from oven during this time and all eyes on Flatbread as this can also burn your Flatbread and cheese. Proceed with caution.
Serve with a side salad or enjoy alone!!!
